We were delighted to contribute to "Keeping it Green" in the March 2018 Home liftout that appeared in many Southern California newspapers. Hot water recirc pumps, home energy monitoring systems, and net-zero energy were some of the topics we covered with ace reporter Jill Hamilton. Click here for the full article. Our house has been a never-ending source of learning about how to design and live in green/net-zero/sustainable homes. We have posted much of the information at Net Zero Nest to document our experiences. Three years in, our house is performing exactly as it was designed -- producing as much energy throughout the course of the year as it uses. It is a privilege and a pleasure to live in, as well.
